Rules for Submissions
and Voting
If you would like to enter into one of our contests, please scroll down and read the rules for submissions. You can also find the Contest schedlues and prize details as well.
Rules
If you are submitting a photo for our contest, please abide by the following rules;
Photos MUST be appropriate! This means no grouping, no NSFW, and no gang sings! Inappropriate photos will be taken down immediately!
The photo MUST be relevant to the theme.
We only accept photos in the following formats: JPEG, PNG, JPG, and GIF. If it is not in any of the formats, you can use an online converter such as Simple Image Converter
The max file size is 2MB.
Please include a link to your social media page, The type of camera you used, as well as the date the picture was taken. Also, give your photo a name.
Deadlines
We host 4 contest a year. The themes are always the same;
Contests schedule goes as follows:
February 1st – April 20th
Theme: Love is in the Air
Contestants must submit photos with the theme of romance! It can be from a valentines day photoshoot, or from a wedding event.
Voting begins April 21st and ends May 1st
Winners will be announced on May 5th.
May 10th – July 20th
Theme: Wild Life/nature/Fun in the Sun
Contestants must submit photos of trees, animals, and /or people. Its all about loving and appreciating nature.
Voting begins July 21st and ends August 1st
Winners will be announced on August 5th
August 10th - October 31st
Theme: Costumes
Contestants must submit a photo with a theme of costumes. It can be a cosplay picture or Halloween themed. It DOES NOT need to be horror themed.
Voting begins on November 1st and ends on November 10th
Winners will be announced on November 15th
November 20th - January 2nd
Theme: Holidays
Contestants must submit a photo that is Christmas/new years or thanksgiving themed.
Voting begins on January 3rd and ends on January 13th
Winners will be announced on January 12th
Voting
The winners are chosen based on community votes. Whoever gets the most reactions on social media before the voting window closes will be chosen the winner. So make sure you let your friends and family know to support you!
Prizes
First place winners - $500, Featured photos on our website and social media pages, Connections to professional photographers for mentorship.
Second place winners - $200, Connections to professional photographers for mentorship
Third place winners - $100, Connections to professional photographers for mentorship
